We are seeking someone who is able to communicate effectively with groups and individuals.  Your role would include staffing, scheduling, assigning duties, and coordinating workloads to ensure safety, quality, and production.   Responsibilities: - Monitor and analyze productivity.  Develop reports and make recommendations for improvements - Implement SOP for safety and regulatory compliance - Communicate goals to staff - Train employees on logistics, standards and procedures, and documentation. - Strong communication to be able to listen and consult with customers and employees to determine corrective actions - Supervise a team of up to 100 employees - Support and model logistics and company policies and procedures - Identifying training and development needs - Participating in the hiring, promotion, coaching, teaching, and evaluation of employees   Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in Business, Logistics, or related field - 2+ years of supervisory experience - Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Able to commute (relocation assistance available)   Shift: - Tuesday - Friday (2pm - 2am)   Benefits: - Working for a large international corporation with opportunities for promotion  - Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance - 401K - Stock Options - Bonus Program - 4 Day work week (3 day weekends every week)   ***Veterans Are Encouraged to Apply***
