- Travel to customer locations to diagnose and troubleshoot complex electromechanical problems and perform on-site repair
- Diagnose technical problems and troubleshoot via telephone
- Interpret schematics and block diagrams to analyze and troubleshoot problems
- Document product problems and resolutions
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Working knowledge of machining and manufacturing processes
- Use basic hand-tools
- Operate a computer with windows operating systems
- Outstanding communications skills
- Experience with electrical Measurement and inspection techniques (voltmeter, oscilloscope, and other measuring equipment)
- Able to be comfortable working with heights
- Valid Driver's License
