We work with clients nationwide with a focus on the Midwest.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of client projects
- Participate in field assessments and site reviews to identify potential engineering
solutions and make recommendations
- Mentor and develop entry-level engineering professionals
- Complete/oversee design engineering (drawings, analysis, calculations, bill of materials)
and related contract deliverables
- Review project design packages to ensure compliance with engineering principles,
applicable codes, and industry standards.
- Resolve technical challenges and identify opportunities for improvements
- Evaluate prospective vendors and contractors
- Provide Value Engineering recommendations.
- Prepare Risk Registers / Risk Mitigation Plans.
- Support leadership in managing business development and client relationships.
- Coordinate and provide technical support for third-party approvals
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science, Mechanical Engineering
- Professional Engineer license REQUIRED
- Experienced with CAD and modeling software

* Ability to use test equipment to troubleshoot system operability
QUALIFICATIONS:
* Ability to read and interpret procedures, schematics and product drawings
* A minimum of 4 years of experience working on electronic systems
* Excellent Customer service skills
REQUIRED, OUR TARGET CANDIDATE MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
* Experience working with high voltage systems
* Formal electronic training (Such as Military Training or Associates Degree in Electronics)
