excited to offer an outstanding opportunity for a talented Litigation Associate to join our team.
Duties:

 Litigate cases in court on behalf of clients

 Negotiate settlements and agreements with opposing parties

 Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies

 Draft legal documents, including pleadings and motions

 Attend client meetings and provide legal advice and guidance

 Represent clients in mediation and arbitration proceedings

 Prepare for and participate in trials and hearings

 Collaborate with senior attorneys and legal staff on complex cases

Your Qualifications:

 Admission to Virginia State Bar

 Recent law school graduate or attorney with a minimum 1-3 years of experience.

 Demonstrated interest in litigation and a strong desire to develop your skills in this
practice area.

 Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical abilities.

 Strong communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to work effectively with
clients, colleagues, and opposing counsel.
