Shift Structure & Covered Travel
- The Rotation: Work an established, repeatable 10-day on-call rotation (Tuesday through Thursday of the following week) followed by a 4-day block of scheduled time off.
- Hassle-Free Travel: Engage in pre-planned local, regional, and international travel.
Salary & Overtime Potential
- Base Earnings: Non-exempt salary of ~$65,000/year, reviewed annually for raises and performance-based promotions.
- Expected First-Year Take-Home: $80,000+ when combining your base salary with overtime pay, per-diems, and active travel stipends.
Essential Responsibilities
- Diagnose, maintain, and overhaul complex safety systems on-site.
- Coordinate directly with clients to resolve electromechanical and software issues.
- Keep highly accurate, organized digital records of all field service activities and repairs.
- Perform routine system updates and hardware modifications.
- Uphold the highest levels of safety and quality control on every mission.
Candidate Requirements
- Solid foundation in troubleshooting mechanical and electrical hardware.
- Practical electrical training or job experience (highly preferred).
- An outstanding, professional client-facing attitude.
- Willingness to travel up to 10 days at a time.
