Work Schedule & Travel Details
- Predictable Deployments: Work a scheduled 10-day on-call rotation (starting Tuesday and concluding Thursday of the next week) followed by 4 consecutive, uninterrupted days off.
- Fully Orchestrated Travel: Experience a dynamic mix of local, national, and international travel. All itineraries are fully pre-planned, booked, and covered by the company.
Compensation Structure
- Base Compensation: Non-exempt annual salary of ~$65,000, plus structured pathways for professional raises and promotions.
- Total Package: Easily reach $80,000+ in your first year through built-in overtime opportunities, daily travel stipends, and full per-diem packages.
Your Mission in the Field
- Deploy to client locations to set up, calibrate, and service specialized equipment.
- Upgrade field-installed protection systems to ensure optimal safety performance.
- Perform advanced electromechanical troubleshooting to resolve system discrepancies.
- Draft, compile, and submit precise technical reports following each service call.
- Collaborate with clients, offering clear explanations and superior technical support.
Requirements
- Ability to read schematics and troubleshoot electromechanical equipment.
- Electrical experience is strongly preferred (ratings like Navy EM, Army 91B, or similar are highly valued).
- Comfortable with getting hands-on and dirty on industrial work sites.
