The Rotation & Travel Structure

  • Shift Schedule: Operate on a predictable 10 days on, 4 days off rotation. Your 10-day on-call period runs Tuesday through Thursday of the following week.
  • Pre-Planned Travels: Travel with confidence. Your assignments (local, regional, and international) are 100% pre-planned and company-supported, giving you complete visibility over your calendar.

 

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive Salary: Non-exempt starting salary of ~$65,000/year with consistent opportunities for performance-based raises and advancement.
  • Earning Potential: Total compensation of $80,000+ in your first year, driven by overtime, stipends, and comprehensive per-diems.

 

Key Duties

  • Safely install, commission, and repair specialized industrial equipment at customer sites.
  • Conduct routine field inspections and preventative maintenance in alignment with strict safety protocols.
  • Isolate, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and electrical faults.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed technical documentation of all service actions.
  • Provide exceptional client service, representing our brand with integrity.

 

Qualifications

  • Strong practical understanding of electromechanical systems and diagnostics.
  • Electrical background highly preferred (military technical school graduates are ideal).
  • Willingness to travel regional and international (Canada) routes during your shift.
