IMMEDIATE HIRING NEED Electro-Mechanical Field Service Technician

 

(Note: Extensive Overnight Travel is a core requirement of this role.)

 

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Electro-Mechanical Field Service Technician to join our team, specializing in the Installation, Repair, and Maintenance of critical systems within industrial plants. This demanding role requires a highly skilled professional committed to delivering top-notch craftsmanship, strictly adhering to the highest industry standards, and conducting extensive travel to ensure the operational efficiency of vital client infrastructure.

 

Total Compensation: $70,000 – $100,000 first year DOE1

Key Responsibilities

  • Travel with small teams to execute electromechanical system installations, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance.

  • Perform crucial heat trace installation to ensure accurate temperature control and optimal freeze protection for infrastructure like pipelines and equipment.

  • Manage and execute comprehensive installation projects, including coordinating activities such as scaffolding construction and coating applications across all phases.

  • Conduct a full spectrum of services, ranging from routine checks and scheduled maintenance to unplanned emergency repairs on industrial systems.

  • Collaborate directly with clients to successfully implement long-term maintenance programs.

  • Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and systematic industry standards.

  • Execute work within intricate timelines to minimize client downtimes.

Qualifications

  • Proven, hands-on experience with electrical and mechanical systems (industrial or military environments preferred).

  • Solid working knowledge of multimeters, complex wiring, and technical schematics.

  • Demonstrated unwavering commitment to safety and systematic adherence to industry standards.

  • Strong organizational skills and the proven ability to manage multiple tasks within tight schedules.

  • Must be willing and able to travel overnights extensively to fulfill job requirements at various industrial power plant locations.
