Field Service Supervisor 

Location: Jacksonville, NC

We are seeking a dynamic Field Service Supervisor to oversee field operations, ensure project excellence, and lead a team of skilled technicians. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with strong mechanical aptitude, safety-first mindset, and a passion for delivering exceptional service to industrial clients.

Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor field technicians during on-site projects across the U.S. and traveling 3-5 weeks at a time
  • Project Oversight: Coordinate job site logistics, ensure timely completion of projects, and maintain high standards of quality and safety
  • Customer Relations: Serve as the primary on-site contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and resolving issues with professionalism
  • Technical Expertise: Operate and troubleshoot specialized equipment, including proprietary tools and confined space entry systems
  • Compliance & Safety: Enforce OSHA regulations, company safety protocols, and environmental standards
  • Reporting: Document project progress, complete service reports, and communicate updates to internal stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in military leadership, field service, or construction supervision
  • Strong mechanical aptitude
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Willingness to travel extensively and work in physically demanding environments
  • Valid driver’s license 
  • OSHA certifications preferred (or willingness to obtain)
