Technical Sales Representative – Industrial Services

Location: Based in Houston, TX, covering the state of Texas

Base Salary: $60,000–$70,000 Total Compensation Potential: Up to $100,000+ with commissions

We’re seeking a driven and technically savvy Sales Representative to grow our customer base and deliver tailored solutions. You’ll be the face of the company to clients ranging from plant managers to procurement teams, translating complex service offerings into clear value.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in assigned territory
  • Conduct site visits and assess customer needs for cleaning and maintenance
  • Present technical solutions and service proposals to decision-makers
  • Collaborate with operations to ensure service delivery meets client expectations
  • Maintain CRM records, track pipeline activity, and report on sales metrics
  • Attend industry trade shows and networking events to build brand awareness

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in technical sales, preferably in industrial services or equipment
  • Strong understanding of mechanical systems, bulk material handling, or facility operations
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to travel regionally and work independently
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $50,000–$65,000 Depending on experience 
  • Commission Structure: Uncapped earning potential with realistic $100K+ annual income
