As a Service Technician, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the functionality and reliability of transport temperature control systems. You’ll perform diagnostics, maintenance, and installations with precision, contributing to high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough diagnostics and perform efficient, high-standard repairs on transport temperature control systems.
- Execute routine maintenance procedures with consistency and quality.
- Service, repair, and install Auxiliary Power Units with high attention to detail.
- Practice exceptional housekeeping within the work environment.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and regulations.
- Complete all documentation and reports
- Take on additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills
- Foundational understanding of mechanical or electrical systems (training provided)
- EPA 608 Type II and 609 certifications preferred
- Valid driver’s license
- Willingness to work overtime and travel for training or customer support
- Ownership of a quality set of hand tools is preferred
