Immediate Hiring Need for a Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Technician to support continuous operations in our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. This role will ensure all mechanical systems, equipment, and infrastructure operate at optimal efficiency to meet our high-speed production and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on production and auxiliary equipment (e.g., casting systems, rolling mills, cooling systems)
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Use computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) to log work orders and analyze root causes
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams for repair or upgrades
- Collaborate cross-functionally with production and quality teams to minimize downtime
- Support installation and commissioning of new equipment and upgrades
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards, ISO9001:2015 protocols, and environmental procedures
- Participate in continuous improvement efforts, contributing to lean initiatives and process upgrades
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; technical certification, military training or associate’s degree preferred
- 3+ years of maintenance experience in an industrial, manufacturing setting, or military training
- Strong understanding of electromechanical systems
- PLC troubleshooting(prefered)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in elevated areas
- Excellent analytical thinking and a team-oriented mindset
