What You’ll Do:
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair control systems with expertise in electronic and digital controls.
- Design flow diagrams, sequences of operation, network layouts, and electrical schematics.
- Propose retrofits, upgrades, and enhancements to existing equipment for optimal efficiency.
- Modify system software across multiple programming languages.
- Load and commission controllers at system and network levels.
- Ensure complete system functionality and collaborate with subcontractors and other trades.
- Conduct site assessments and data analysis to provide expert consultation.
- Support the sales team with technical insights and recommendations.
- Document field modifications and discrepancies for engineering improvements.
- Train customers on control system operations for seamless implementation.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience in comfort building automation.
- Hands-on experience installing and servicing HVAC control systems.
- Strong communication skills—able to explain technical details to both experts and non-experts.
- Proficient in writing and understanding software applications.
- In-depth knowledge of control theory, automation systems, and building subsystems.
Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Required):
- Experience programming HVAC systems to maximize performance.
