Residential Plumber for Home Building
Location: Havelock, NC
Job Type: Full-Time (Monday–Friday)
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Residential Plumber to join our home-building team. This role is ideal for a self-starter with a positive attitude, capable of working both independently and as part of a team. Prior plumbing experience is preferred, but on-the-job training is available for the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in newly constructed residential homes.
- Read and interpret blueprints and building codes to ensure proper installation.
- Identify and troubleshoot plumbing issues, providing effective solutions.
- Collaborate with construction teams to ensure seamless integration of plumbing systems.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with team members and project managers.
Qualifications:
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and receive on-the-job training if necessary.
- Good physical stamina and ability to work in various conditions.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing tools and materials (preferred but not required).
