Full Time/Excellent Benefits Package

Monday - Friday, 6:00AM - 4:00 PM (Overtime as required) 

 

Location:  This position in based in Wichita, KS and will require relocation

As a Maintenance Leader, you’ll lead and coordinate the Maintenance team in ensuring production equipment and processes are operating efficiently and safely. You’ll make a tangible impact by fostering smooth operations and contributing to the success of our growing workforce.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Directly supervise Maintenance team members, ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, and safety standards.
  • Oversee daily operations, assigning tasks to maintain uninterrupted production, quality, and cost efficiency.
  • Communicate equipment status and project updates with supervisors, managers, and engineers.
  • Develop and implement predictive maintenance programs using modern tools and data analysis.
  • Manage maintenance records, ensuring accuracy in asset repair histories and preventative maintenance schedules via CMMS software.
  • Promote and enforce compliance with OSHA, ISO, and company standards, as well as bargaining unit agreements.
  • Identify opportunities for process and equipment improvements, recommending changes to increase efficiency.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 1+ year of Maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment OR Associate degree and 6+ years of related experience OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor in a manufacturing setting.
  • Availability to work 2nd shift and weekend overtime when required.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.

 

Preferred:

  • 5-7 years of experience in the maintenance and repair of industrial manufacturing equipment.
  • Proven expertise in project and budget management.
  • Familiarity with tools, materials, and safety procedures for maintaining mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems.
