Immediate Hiring Need for a Production Supervisor
Full Time/Excellent Benefits Package
Monday - Friday, 2:30 - 11:00 PM (Overtime as required)
Position Location: Wichita, KS (sign on bonus provided-relocation required)
Total Compensation: $90-100K

Responsibilities:
- Oversee workflow, assign tasks, and address team queries within the department.
- Optimize production by managing costs, minimizing waste, and ensuring efficient operations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production challenges, including equipment malfunctions.
- Collaborate with engineering to streamline processes and reduce costs.
- Supervise and train staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and safety standards.
- Apply LEAN tools to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with 1+ year of manufacturing experience OR Associate degree with 6+ years in manufacturing OR equivalent experience.
- 2+ years as a Production Supervisor in a manufacturing setting or military experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma
