CNC Press Brake Operator

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints.
- Set up and document tooling and safe practices for CNC Press Brake operations.
- Verify machine settings to ensure accurate tolerances and functions.
- Maintain cleanliness of the machine during operations.
- Operate, control settings, deburr, and inspect parts to ensure conformance.
- Work from drawings, sketches, manuals, specifications, or sample parts to determine dimensions and tolerances, sequence of operations, and setup requirements.
- Organize the work area before and after processing parts, and stack completed parts properly on blocks or pallets.
- Detect equipment malfunctions or out-of-tolerance machining and adjust the machine within capabilities.
- Calculate blank sizes, bend locations, appropriate tonnage, and tooling for each part being formed.
Qualifications:
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints, drawings, electrical, hydraulic schematics, and mechanical drawings.
- Basic computer skills, including ERP transactional experience.
- Trade or Technical School education(Preferred)
- Forklift experience(Preferred)
