Immediate Hiring: Customer Service Representative (Full-Time)
We are seeking an organized and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary contact for our spare parts coordination, working closely with customers to ensure order accuracy and provide exceptional service.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Maintain up-to-date industry knowledge.
- Assist customers with spare parts inquiries, including part identification, inventory, and lead times, using multiple systems.
- Collaborate with engineers, warehouse, and logistics to resolve inquiries and provide order updates.
- Utilize multiple systems to assist customers with spare parts sales and inquiries.
- Support team activities to manage backlog through monitoring dashboards and daily/weekly tasks.
- Act as a change agent, demonstrating a willingness to learn and improve processes.
- Provide proactive updates about processes, policies, and best practices to customers.
- Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Previous experience in customer support via phone and email.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Proficiency in CRM systems.
- Secondary and tertiary language skills.
Hours/Compensation:
- Monday-Friday weekday shift with potential weekend and after-hours support as needed.
- $60-70K/year + Benefits (401K, Insurance, PTO).
