Responsibilities:
- Install, service, troubleshoot, and repair fabricating machine tools at customer sites
- Work directly with customers during installations and repairs to support their business success
- Provide technical service to ensure optimal performance of industrial equipment
- Train customers to operate and service machines for maximum productivity
Qualifications:
- Ability to troubleshoot electronics, digital circuits, wiring, mechanics, and hydraulics
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills
- Willingness to travel 100%
- Driver’s license
Preferred:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field or Military Training
- Experienced in software and file management
