Field Service Technician Needed

Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions using test instruments
- Measure and adjust digital/analog instrumentation with calibration equipment
- Install, modify, and repair company and 3rd-party equipment
- Manage customer relationships, prioritizing preventive maintenance and repairs
- Demonstrate equipment usage and conduct product training for customers
- Complete service reports, timesheets, expense reports, and parts lists in a timely manner
- Maintain an organized work vehicle stocked with tools, manuals, and parts
- Promote and uphold professionalism and ethical standards
Qualifications:
- Strong mechanical aptitude with general computer skills
- 3+ years of experience with industrial electrical single and 3-phase wiring and controls
- Proficiency with diagnostic equipment
- Skilled in piping and reading P&ID/electrical schematics
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs unassisted and crawl under or climb over equipment
- Must meet all credentialing requirements for accessing customer sites
