Company is seeking junior and senior level technicians with, but not limited to, the following experience:

- Pleasant customer interaction.

- Excellent problem solving skills.

- Self starter.

- HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and preventative maintenance repairs.

- Experience performing routine maintenance work orders.

- Ability to interact with vendors and contractors.
