Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance on chiller systems to maintain optimal performance and energy efficiency
  • Conduct preventive maintenance tasks on boilers, chillers, pumps, and other auxiliary equipment
  • Diagnose and repair malfunctions in chiller systems using knowledge of refrigeration principles and electrical schematics
  • Responsible for chiller/BAS (Building Automation System) integration
  • Perform start-up procedures, troubleshooting, and tear down/rebuild of chiller units
  • Mentor other technicians on various topics related to chiller maintenance and repair

 

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of mechanical troubleshooting experience/Veteran experience is highly valued 
  • Attention to detail 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills  
  • Commitment to safety  
  • Valid driver's license  

Not Required but Our Ideal Candidate Would Have:

  • Journeyman or equivalent work/military experience
  • Familiarity with HVAC systems or water chillers
  • Universal EPA refrigerants license
  •
