Immediate Hiring Need for a Chiller Mechanic

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance on chiller systems to maintain optimal performance and energy efficiency
- Conduct preventive maintenance tasks on boilers, chillers, pumps, and other auxiliary equipment
- Diagnose and repair malfunctions in chiller systems using knowledge of refrigeration principles and electrical schematics
- Responsible for chiller/BAS (Building Automation System) integration
- Perform start-up procedures, troubleshooting, and tear down/rebuild of chiller units
- Mentor other technicians on various topics related to chiller maintenance and repair
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of mechanical troubleshooting experience
- Attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Commitment to safety
- Valid driver's license
Not Required but Our Ideal Candidate Would Have:
- Journeyman or equivalent work/military experience
- Familiarity with HVAC systems or water chillers
- Universal EPA refrigerants license
