Immediate Hiring for a
Commercial Construction Project Manager
We are looking for a skilled Commercial Construction Project Manager to join our team. Our company works in the Healthcare industry specializing in construction for oncology departments. This role does have a travel component to it, you will be traveling around 35% of the time to job sites nationwide.
Responsibilities
- Direct, coordinate, and oversee budgets for construction projects.
- Organization, scheduling, and implementation of projects
- Management of subcontractors, scheduling, and field construction oversight
- Travel up to 35% including overnight stay
- Procurement and logistics for concurrent construction projects
- Work with contracts and estimating departments
- Communicate with owners, general contractors, and stakeholders
- Establish project objectives, policies, and procedures
- Establish project labor requirements
- Conduct project inspections and address concerns
- Coordinates work with subcontractors
- Coordinates with architects, inspectors, and client representatives
- Conduct safety meetings and monitor project to assure procedures are followed
- Oversight of project quality control
- Support cross functional team initiatives
- Close communication with sales team
- Develop relationships with key contacts in order to develop deeper insights to how we can better support our customers
- Strong leadership skills, positive attitude and a servant leadership mindset
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Construction Management experience
- Ability to interpret blueprints and structural drawings.
- Strong working knowledge of project management software
- Ability to work independently
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal/communication skills
- Well-rounded base of knowledge in construction disciplines
Not Required but Our Ideal Candidate Would Have:
- PMP Certification
- NetSuite experience
