Full TimeMaintenance Technician
We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. Your expertise will ensure the high performance and reliability of our manufacturing processes and equipment. You will also work closely with our customers to enhance the reliability and efficiency of our equipment in their operations.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement reliability programs
- Analyze data to predict maintenance needs
- Lead troubleshooting for equipment failures and recommend corrective actions
- Provide technical guidance for equipment maintenance and improvements.
- Conduct reliability training for maintenance personnel and customers
- Travel to customer sites to develop customized reliability solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering
- 5+ years experience in a manufacturing setting
- Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills
- Strong communication skills
- Willingness to travel as part of the role (25%)
Not Required But Our Ideal Candidate Would Have:
- Military Experience
- Experience working in the industrial food and beverage industry
