HVAC Specialist - Up to $30/hr - 

Day and Evening Shifts Available - 

Minimal Travel - Full Benefits

 

Our company is seeking a highly skilled HVAC Specialist to join our team in Charlotte, NC. Prior experience with HVAC systems is a must to be considered for this role. Experience as a Diesel Technician is a plus.

 

Responsibilities

  • Oversee planning, analysis, and timely completion of projects and activities.
  • Install mechanical equipment and systems using a variety of hand tools.
  • Ensure adherence to internal contracting processes.
  • Manage assigned inventory and company equipment.
  • Generate sales leads and forward to appropriate personnel.
  • Document work and maintain accurate records.
  • Communicate and interact with customers and their representatives.

Ideal Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent with five years of experience installing HVAC systems, or seven years of field experience in HVAC. Experience as a Diesel Technician is a plus.
  • Must possess basic language, mathematical, and reasoning abilities.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and Universal Refrigerant Certification.

Shifts

  • 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
  • 1:00 PM-10:00 PM ($1/hour shift differential) Work is primarily conducted in-shop with minimal travel (less than 10%, no overnights).

Pay Up to $30/hr
