Immediate Hiring Need for HR Generalist
Full Time $65-80K
Our growing company is looking to add a HR Generalist to our team. The position will support onboarding, payroll processing, employment and labor compliance, performance reviews, and overseeing company policies and procedures and administrative responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Must have a working knowledge of federal labor law including FLSA, EEO, HIPAA, COBRA, ADEA, and others, as well as state labor law
- Ability to maintain confidentiality is critical to being successful in this role particularly when managing payroll, disciplinary actions, and grievance issues.
- Microsoft Office Suite of products including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Occasional travel may be required
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Personnel Management, Business Management, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience as an HR professional is required.
- PHR, SPHR, or related certification is preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business related software
