Overview:
We are looking for a talented Electromechanical Field Service Technician who would like to join a growing company that provides excellent opportunies for growth. We manufacture automation packaging equipment that is customized equipment that can deal with the entire packaging line.
Responsibilities:
- Traveling to customer sites (75% overnight travel) with infrequent weekends
- Installing and servicing equipment at customer locations
- Troubleshoot equipment at customer sites, resolving mechanical, electrical, and programming issues.
- Provide training to customers on equipment
- Provide customer technical support to troubleshoot and resolve equipment challenges.
- Collaborate with the controls engineering team with changing or creating electrical/pneumatic schematics.
Qualifications:
- Must have strong knowledge of RSLogix 5000 and PanelView programming
- AutoCAD experience is also desired but not a requirement.
- Troubleshooting skills with a strong understanding of automated equipment
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical and pneumatic systems.
