Must commute or RELOCATE to the Schaumburg, IL area. 

 

Compensation in the $60,000 to $72,000 range depending on experience.

 

Wanted - Permits Coordinator with military leadership and ~1-5+ years industry experience. Will focused on permit investigation, creation, and issuance. Additionally will conduct project management, preparation and implementation of work plans, permits, and reporting. 

 

In this role you will:

  • Provides support with all aspects of preparing and securing permits as needed
  • Updates necessary tracking systems
  • Creates correspondence relevant to the team and project
  • Provides ad hoc reports as requested
  • Keep customer appraised of current project status
  • Develops and maintains documents and  files for projects and programs; continues to monitor for integrity and completeness.
  • Draft and maintain technical reports and documentation

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience with GPS devices and mapping software
  • The willingness to learn new survey and monitoring techniques and procedures
  • Able to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced work environment
  • Possesses a high attention to detail with ability to provide consistent followup
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to communicate effectively
  • Customer focused and results driven
  • Moderate to advanced Excel and Microsoft Suites skills. 
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Military leadership experience
  • Problem solver
