FIELD SERVICE TECHNICIAN

Overview:
Seeking electromechanical technicians willing to travel nationwide with a passion for troubleshooting industrial equipment and strong customer service skills.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Install, service, and repair mechanical and electronic equipment at customer and manufacturing sites.
- Utilizes hand tools and test equipment to perform work including multimeters.
- Requires knowledge of equipment specifications.
- Discusses engineering problems relating to maintenance or operation of equipment.
- Train customers on equipment operation
- Act as troubleshooting support from phone when needed
- Supports sales for product demonstrations
- Will be asked to travel extensively around the United States.
- Build and maintain customer relationships.
- Performs other duties as assigned by the manager.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Require minimal direct supervision.
- Organizational skills.
- Microsoft Outlook and Excel knowledge.
- Expert knowledge of supplied machinery.
- Ability to accurately and effectively communicate problems and suggest possible solutions.
- Travel up to 75% of the time is required.
Not Required but Our Ideal Candidate Would Have:
- Knowledge of Electrical Systems
- Ability to replace Electronics
- Knowledge of Mechanical Systems
- 1 year of Field Service Experience
