TRAINING AND TECHNICAL SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE

 

Qualifications

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

  1. Excellent verbal and written communication.
  2. Classroom instruction experience.
  3. Ability to travel 75% of the time (50% expected).
  4. Good interpersonal skills.

 

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  1. Bachelors degree in Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  2. Understanding of motor theory.
  3. Experience or knowledge in motor rewind and repair.

Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  1.            Provide qualified training to customers.
  2. Provide technical support and assistance to customers.
  3. Maintain notes in database with details of customer support issues.

 

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Work to increase the positive motivation and team effort of the company.
  2. Submit training reports after each course.
  3. Provide input and research required to increase the quality of classroom instruction and materials in the training courses.
  4. Provide written and verbal feedback on product improvement recommendations from customers.
  5. Responsible for complying with policies and procedures outlined in the corporate Quality Assurance Manual.
  6. Handle other requests from management on a timely basis.
