Maintenance Technician II
Performs general maintenance including plumbing, carpentry, and equipment repair. Perform repairs on facility systems such as mechanical, electrical, and technical maintenance issues.
Advanced training beyond High School that includes the completition on a program in Facilities Maintenance or related field.
Two years experience in facilities maintenance
Valid Drivers License
Ability to obtain certifications for specific maintenance course while employed
Basic computer skills
Ability to work independently and problem solve
Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Maintain and troubleshoot mechanical equipment including motors, pumps, boilers, and conveyors.
Maintain and troubleshoot mechanical/electrical systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and pneumatics.
Provide direction to outside contractors on mechanical and electrical systems.
Maintains daily logs for PM records
Conducts PM and performs equipment safety checks.
