Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications (Education, Experience, Skills):

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum 5 years of work experience with a minimum 2 years of customer service experience in a customer-facing environment
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • People-focused: committed to teamwork, resolving conflicts productively, and developing long-term relationships
  • Superior listening skills
  • Comfortable on the phone and taking calls throughout the day
  • Strong work ethic and a sense of urgency
  • Self-motivated and self-directed
  • Persuasive and goal-oriented
  • Work experience with Microsoft Office and other business-related applications in a work environment
  • Work experience using enterprise CRM platforms
  • Pre-employment background check and drug screen required

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Sell our products and services via phone to interested consumers in a manner that is professional and honest
  • Work with your team members to facilitate calls, manage work flow, and minimize hold times throughout the sales process
  • Facilitate the entire sales process from the initiation of the original call through finalization of account set-up for each customer you speak with
  • Research and understand products and services so you can confidently sell what works best for customers
  • Listen attentively to consumer questions and provide answers that are knowledgeable and insightful
  • Showcase the company’s strengths and highlight their brand by talking exclusively about the characteristics that make our organization unique
  • Participate in regular meetings to discuss benchmarks and personal as well as team goals
