Safety Manager

Job Locations US-TX-Houston


Job Overview:

Responsible for ensuring universal compliance with safety policies & practices by providing leadership, coaching managers, conducting site audits,  facilitating continuous HSE improvements, and advocating a Safety-First culture.   ~50% travel, as required.


Education & Competencies:

  • Bachelor's degree from a fouryear college or university, or equivalent
  • Competence with OSHA & other related workplace standards, HSE Training, and proven accident prevention strategies
  • Minimum 5 years of experience supporting a manufacturing operation with 40+ employees preferred
  • Experience in a LEAN working environment for 2+ years preferred
  • Bi-lingual English/Spanish, preferred
