We provide innovative CNC machine tool solutions and engineering services to manufactures in a variety of industries, including automotive, aerospace, defense, medical, and die/mold.


Knowledge of:

  • Best Practices regarding Customer Satisfaction;
  • Methods and operation of materials, equipment, supplies, parts, and tool inventories;
  • Current storekeeping methods, practices, and procedures;
  • Computerized inventory control systems;
  • Vehicle maintenance and repair methods and practices;
  • Warehouse safety equipment, practices, and procedures;


Ability to:

  • Supervise and maintain organized parts, supplies, and equipment inventory storerooms.
  • Effectively supervise call center and parts personnel.
  • Maintain accurate and legible records of parts issued, received, and stored.
  • Order and purchase parts and supplies to maintain adequate stock levels.
  • Perform and reconcile part inventory.



  • Two (2) year degree or higher preferred or equivalent of combination or education and experience
  • Excellent Communication skills oral and written
  • Basic computer skills including Microsoft word and excel
  • Positive, professional attitude and customer service background


Classification Responsibilities:



  • Supervises, directs, evaluates, and assigns the daily work of the Service and Parts call center personnel who are responsible for technical support, scheduling service calls, locating, receiving, and distributing parts and supplies.
  • Coordinates with customers and schedules field service assignments.
  • Assigns appropriate personnel to perform installation, training, maintenance and repair of machine tools at the customer facility.
  • Receives by telephone or in person information, builder and customer personnel regarding machine performance, repair and maintenance.  Provides information and consults with those responsible for improvement and solution.
  • Determines charges for services requests.
  • Maintains customer address records.
  • Solicits orders for new or additional products and services.
  • Refers complaints regarding service failures to those responsible for correction.
  • Compile and distribute standard instructions for the installation, start-up, demonstration, maintenance, problem diagnosis and repair of product.
  • Keep management informed of significant changes in products, services, and personnel that could affect company reputation, growth and profits.
  • Maintains computerized inventories and prepares reports. Reviews packing slips, RMA’s and approves invoices for payment for parts, equipment, and supplies. Maintains cost data from the computer system.
  • Requisitions and/or orders, receive and distribute parts and supplies to customers and service personnel as needed.
  • Maintains van inventory and replenishment.
  • Sets up new part locations as needed.
  • Performs reconciliation of part inventories with principals.
